A pair of pre-contact Native American pendants from the Eastern Woodlands region, crafted from ground and polished banded slate. Both pieces feature biconically drilled suspension holes and exhibit characteristic dark and light grayswirling mineral patterns. One pendant is accompanied by a vintage handwritten tag citing the find site as Delaware Water Gap in 1948. The larger pendant measures 4 L x 2.5 H inches. Both artifacts are in stable condition, exhibiting minor surface scratches, small nicks to the edges, and a smooth patina consistent with archaeological origin and long-term handling.
