Once your invoice is paid, you’ll receive a link to book your time slot. - Monday: Closed for Family Day - Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Closed for Lunch 12-1) - Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Closed for Lunch 12-1) Important: You have 3 days (Monday to Wednesday) after the auction ends to pick up your items. - No late pickups will be accepted. - Items not picked up by Wednesday at 6:00 PM will be forfeited and considered abandoned. Fees and changes still apply. — Frequently Asked Questions How do I schedule a pickup? - After the auction closes, invoices are emailed to all winning bidders. The email will contain a booking link to schedule your pick up time. INVOICES MUST BE PAYED BEFORE ITEMS ARE RELEASED Can someone else pick up my items? - Yes, if paid by e-transfer. They’ll need your name and order number (a screenshot of your confirmation email works). - No, if paid by credit card. The cardholder must pick up in person. no exceptions (fraud prevention). What if I miss my pickup time? - You may reschedule within posted pickup hours (Mon–Wed). - After Wednesday at 6:00 PM, all uncollected items are forfeited and considered abandoned. No exceptions. Do I need to bring anything? - Your confirmation email or Bidcard number - Photo ID (if paying by card) - Help for large items and any boxes/bags you need for transport Can I combine multiple auction pickups? - No. Each auction has its own pickup window. Items from separate auctions cannot be combined or held. Can I pick up outside of scheduled hours? - No. Pickups are only available during posted hours. You may reschedule within the Monday–Wednesday window if needed, but no after-hours pickups are allowed.
