A vintage Chinoiserie style table lamp featuring a cream-colored glazed ceramic base modeled as a seated Foo Dog or guardian lion. The figure rests its paw on a globe and is mounted on a rectangular pedestal. The lamp is fitted with a white fabric taThe ceramic base has a visible chip on the rear upper corner of the pedestal (photo 6). The brown felt protective pad on the underside is worn and peeling at the edges (photo 6). The fabric shade shows minor indentations and slight creasing (photo 1)
