Shipping will be handled the following Monday. Pick up is the following Friday and Saturday 10am to 5 pm. Shipping & Delivery Policy Thank you for shopping with MLC Homes. Please review our shipping guidelines below to ensure a smooth delivery experience. 1. Processing & Handling • Processing Time: Please allow 3–4 business days for your order to be packaged and prepared for shipment. • Handling Fee: A flat $5.00 handling fee is applied to all orders to cover packaging materials and labor. 2. Shipping Methods & Costs • Carrier: All items are shipped via USPS unless alternative shipping arrangements have been made and confirmed in writing prior to dispatch. • Shipping Rates: All shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense and will be calculated at checkout or invoiced separately. • Insurance: Standard USPS shipments include up to $100.00 of insurance. If you require additional coverage for high-value items, please contact us before finalizing your order. 3. Damages & Liability MLC Homes takes great care in packaging your items; however, MLC Homes is not responsible for items or packages damaged during transit. Once the package is accepted by the carrier, any claims for damage must be filed directly with USPS using the provided tracking number and insurance. 4. Unpaid Shipping Invoices If shipping costs are invoiced separately, payment is due upon receipt. Failure to pay shipping costs within 5 business days of the invoice date will result in the forfeiture of the order. 5. Undeliverable & Unclaimed Packages It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address and be available for delivery. • Any packages returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failure to collect will be forfeited. • Packages requiring a signature that go unsigned/unclaimed will also be considered forfeited.
