This is a vintage Westfield Shockproof manual-wind mechanical wristwatch in an Art Deco tonneau case — Westfield was a Bulova-owned brand, and this example is worth flagging for that connection. The cream dial is signed Westfield Shockproof with bold Arabic numerals, blued steel hands, and a subsidiary seconds register at 6 o'clock. The movement is signed Westfield Watch Co, Six 6 Jewels, Swiss, reference 10B/284. The inner case back is marked Providence W.C. Co, Rolled Plate. The case is fitted with a black lizard-textured leather strap, with a case width measuring approximately 27.95mm. This is a manual-wind mechanical watch and is running as of the time of listing. Runtime and accuracy are not guaranteed, and servicing is required.
