Anvil Foundry 18-gallon all-in-one electric brewing system, identified by the handwritten Blichmann note. Photos show the stainless boiler with digital control panel, lid and internal brewing/chiller components as shown. IMPORTANT: specifically states “NO FALSE BOTTOM,” so this system should be considered incomplete. Current Anvil documentation lists the 18-gallon Foundry as model ANV-Foundry-18-Group and includes a basket false bottom as standard equipment.
