Anvil Brewing Equipment 15-gallon stainless brew kettle from Blichmann Engineering inventory. Original box verifies the 15-gallon size. Handwritten Blichmann condition note states “Minor Dent Near Bottom,” with the kettle interior/affected area photographed. Anvil’s current 15-gallon kettle design uses 18-gauge 304 stainless steel, an induction-capable tri-ply clad bottom and etched gallon/liter graduations.
