Auction Terms & Conditions By registering and placing a bid with Red White and Sold LLC, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before bidding. A buyer's premium will be added to all winning bids. The buyer's premium is 19% when paying with a credit or debit card, or 15% when paying with cash (4% discount for cash payments). Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash (on-site at pickup), local checks (must be approved by auctioneer PRIOR to bidding). A valid credit card is required to register for bidding. A temporary $1 authorization may appear on your card at registration and will be refunded. By placing a bid, you authorize Red White and Sold LLC to charge your card on file for all purchases, fees, and applicable charges. A $25 fee will be applied if the card on file is declined. Applicable sales tax will be charged in accordance with North Carolina law. Sales tax is applied after the buyer's premium, as the buyer's premium is considered part of the total purchase price. If you are tax exempt, you must notify Red White and Sold LLC prior to the auction ending and submit a valid exemption certificate before the close of the sale. Exemption documents must be emailed and approved before the auction ends. If a valid exemption certificate is not received and approved prior to the close of the auction, sales tax will be charged and no adjustments or refunds will be made after the sale is completed. All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. No warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued for any reason. Buyers are solely responsible for determining the condition, authenticity, and value of items prior to bidding. Preview days/times are provided and strongly encouraged. We are happy to send more photos of any items you are shopping for as needed. Photos, descriptions, and videos are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. If a video shows an item running or operating, this does not guarantee it will function at the time of pickup. Do not assume vehicles or equipment are operational unless explicitly shown. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. Measurements are approximate and colors may vary due to lighting. All bids are legally binding. Bidders are responsible for all bids placed under their account, and bids cannot be retracted once placed. Unlike eBay, if someone bids in the last 2 minutes, that item will extend 2 minutes until all bidding has ceased. Be aware, a lot of bidding happens in the last few hours and closing will be fast, so if you cannot be in front of your computer during auction closing time, use the Max Bid feature, and the computer will handle your bidding and try and buy at the cheapest price for you.
