Terms and Condition Summary **All Sales Are Final ("As Is, Where Is"): No returns, refunds, or exchanges; items are purchased at your own risk without in-person previews. **Bidding Responsibility: Placing a bid is a legally binding commitment to buy. Carefully review photos and descriptions before bidding. **Payment Terms: Full payment is due within 1 day of closing. A 2.4% surcharge applies to credit cards, an 18% buyer’s premium applies to all wins, and taxes apply. Cash is situational and requires prior approval. **Pickup & Storage Fees: Items must be scheduled and picked up within 5 business days. After 5 days, a $5/item storage fee applies per day. Uncollected items may be considered abandoned and resold without refund. **Buyer Liability: Liability is limited to the item's purchase price. Buyers are responsible for loading, transport, and ensuring safety standards once picked up. **Auction Rights: Chuckie's Liquidation may adjust listings, cancel sales for technical/pricing errors, or refuse bidding privileges.
