Make: Smith & Wesson Model: 10-8 Caliber: .38 Special Action: DA Barrel: 4 Bore: Bright Serial # ABP0981 Condition: Very Good The S&W Model 10-8 was produced between 1977-1988. The “-8” designation was introduced for the K frame .38 Military & Police model when S&W changed the gas ring location from the yoke to the cylinder on the heavy barrel versions like this example. It has a blued finish with some wear around the left and right sides of the muzzle and the ejector rod, a 6 shot fluted cylinder fixed low profile sights, case hardened trigger and hammer, and factory checkered wood grips with the S&W medallion.
