apanese Type 30 Bayonet - Toyoda Automatic Loom Works w/ Scabbard & Frog This is a Japanese Type 30 bayonet made by Toyoda Automatic Loom Works. The blade of this bayonet has almost all of its original bluing left. The bluing is missing from areas commonly associated with scabbard usage, with the majority found around the tip of the blade. The blade has been lightly sharpened, there is no oxidation or pitting on the blade. The blade is maker stamped on one side of the ricasso, as shown. The pommel is serial numbered and proof stamped. The scabbard of this bayonet is in excellent condition and has almost all of its original finish. This bayonet also has its original scabbard frog. Overall length: approximately 27.5 inches; blade length: approximately 22.5 inches.
