This pocket mirror, issued by AC Reckling from Central City, Colorado, is a rare artifact linked to the early brothels in the area. Designed as an advertising piece, it features a 'Good for 12 1/2 cents in trade' inscription around a vivid graphic. Its back contains a mirrored surface, common in promotional items at the time. This mirror captures a slice of the era's history, reflecting the trade and cultural elements of its locality.
