This antique miniature stoneware advertising jug features a two-tone glaze, with a dark brown upper section and a beige lower body. The jug is marked with the text 'Compliments of J.F. Holtgrewe, Johnson... Neb.' in cobalt blue, suggesting its originas a promotional item from a Nebraska-based merchant during the late 19th to early 20th century. The intact handle and clear lettering enhance its historical appeal for collectors.
