A professional-grade folding hydraulic shop crane manufactured by American Forge & Foundry. The unit is constructed from heavy-duty steel with a red painted finish and features an adjustable boom with four distinct weight capacitysettings: 2 TON, 1 1/2 TON, 1 TON, and 1/2 TON. The crane is equipped with four casters for mobility, including two swivel casters at the rear and two fixed casters on the legs. It features a folding leg design for compact storage andincludes a lifting chain with a clevis hook. An adhesive label on the main frame features the AFF logo and reads AMERICAN FORGE & FOUNDRY SHOP CRANE CAPACITY 4400 LBS. 2000 KGS. Model 3988 American Forge & Foundry, Inc. GUILDERLAND NY12085 . A yellow and red adhesive label on the long hydraulic ram indicates an 8 TON CAPACITY. A white PVC pipe has been fitted over the original steel pump handle.The crane exhibits signs of light industrial use consistent with its function. Surface scuffs, scratches, and minor paint loss are visible across the frame and boom (photo 1, 3).
