This vintage wooden toboggan features a traditional six-slat construction with a steam-bent front curl. The hardwood slats are reinforced by seven transverse cross-bars and secured with recessed metal fasteners on the underside. A yellowsynthetic pull rope is attached to the front curl with metal chains and eye-bolts. No maker marks or labels are visible on the structure or hardware.The toboggan exhibits weathering and wear to the wood finish. There are scuffs on the underside from previous use and oxidation on the metal hardware. Measures 10 x 15.5 x 83 inches.
