GOLDFISH FOUR-SCREEN VERTICAL SCROLL. Height:178cm (70.08in) , Width:45cm (17.72in) This is a set of four vertical running script scrolls Ode to Golden Fish by Wen Zhengming, executed on aged dark brown patterned paper, fully mounted with original plain silk brocade. The four panels jointly compose a complete seven-character poem depicting leisurely literati life viewing fish in courtyard ponds, watching fireflies on rainy nights and leaning on railings under crescent moon. Signed "Weiming" (Wen Zhengming??s courtesy name) , stamped with multiple artist and collector seals, a representative four-panel calligraphy work of the Wu School of Ming Dynasty ALL PROPERTY IS SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH NO RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS.
