PIPING FLOWER PATTERN BEAST EAR VASE. <br>Height:15cm (5.91in) , Diameter:12cm (4.72in) Flared mouth, contracted neck, bulbous body and ring foot, flanked by gilded beast?head ring?handles. The whole exterior is laid over gilt yang?dao incised ground, over?painted with multi?layered famille?rose scrolling precious?flower motifs. Lush blossoms and foliage are rendered in rich vibrant colours, partitioned by raised gilded bands. Mouth?rim and foot are gilded; interior and base cavity are covered in turquoise?green glaze. Base bears iron?red seal?script four?character mark ??Qian?Long Nian?Zhi??. Yang?dao famille?rose is an iconic imperial Qianlong?kiln technique.
