BRONZE ANIMAL FACE PATTERN STRAIGHT-NECKED BOTTLE. <br>Height:23cm (9.06in) , Diameter:12cm (4.72in) Vase with flared mouth, slender straight neck, angular shoulder, rounded body and ring foot, of stately silhouette. The whole body is covered with smooth, lustrous turquoise?green glaze. The neck is adorned with gilded plantain?leaf motifs. The belly bears a gilded decorative band cast in imitation of ancient bronze taotie beast?mask patterns, inlaid with simulated turquoise granules, conveying archaic ritual?bronze aura. Heavy gilding merges ceramic glaze, gilded ornament and antique?style iconography. The base is glazed in turquoise?green, bearing incised seal?script mark ??Qian Long Nian Zhi??.
