WITH A PEARL KNOB RECTANGULAR IMPERIAL SEAL. <br>Height:6cm (2.36in) , Width:10cm (3.94in) , Weight:750g (1.653lb) A large?size rectangular imperial seal of Qing dynasty carved from Shoushan Tianhuang stone. The stone is rich and mellow with deep golden?yellow hue and dense texture, covered by heavy antique patina. The knob is high?relief carved with a coiled dragon chasing the pearl. The powerful dragon twists dynamically, with finely detailed scales, whiskers and mane, accompanied by pearl and miniature seal ornament, presenting multi?layered composition and imposing momentum, executed in robust rounded court?style carving. The four vertical sides are fully decorated with shallow?relief archaic kui?dragon key?fret patterns, together with inscribed colophon. The vermilion seal face is cut in formal nine?fold seal?script, arranged in solemn balanced layout with neat upright lines and deep character grooves, retaining thick aged cinnabar residues.
