Lu-Ray Pastels - made by Taylor Smith & Taylor as an alternative to Fiesta Ware but in softer colors It was first introduced in 1938 and was discontinued in 1961. First offered with 4 colors Persian Cream, Sharon Pink, Windsor Blue, and Surf Green. Designed to mix and match like Russel Wright and Fiesta. 1942 Persian Cream colored Baker, 1940 Surf Green color Platter and Windsor Blue color Fruit Bowl from 1950. Some dark marks on inside of the yellow (Persian Cream) baker.
