This is this is authentic lazy dog missile used in Vietnam another conflict. It measures 1.75 inches and is made of solid heavy metal. These were dropped in huge amounts from a high altitude and allowed to just drop to the ground. They will destroy everything they hit including buildings, trees, people etc. Not explosive just heavy metal drop from high in the air. A Mark 44 bomb can hold 17,500 Lazy Dog bombs, and the “steel rain of death” falling from the sky can cover dozens of square klms of land. This item is an original military relic not a reproduction.
