Scarlett O'Hara & Rhett Butler Dolls

Two Mattel vinyl collector dolls depicting the characters Scarlett O’Hara and Rhett Butler from the 1939 motion picture Gone with the Wind. The Scarlett O'Hara doll is styled with rooted brunette hair and painted green eyes with applied rooted eyelashes. She is dressed in a white textured gown featuring black velvet leaf-patterned sleeves, a black lace mantilla shawl secured by a coral-colored brooch, a white hat, a white faux-fur muff, and white lace-trimmed bloomers. The Rhett Butler doll features molded and painted hair with a mustache in the likeness of actor Clark Gable. He is dressed in a formal black suit with a long coat featuring a black velvet collar, a white vest, a white bow tie, and black trousers, with a separate black top hat included. The Scarlett doll is mounted on a circular white plastic display stand bearing a black adhesive label printed with the text Scarlett O’Hara Barbie.
