This 1998 hand-painted ceramic house is titled Hart House and is part of The Village Collection by St. Nicholas Square. The building includes an original red manufacturer's box and an electric clip-in cord with a C7-type bulb.Height: 8.5 inchesThe Hart House is in excellent overall condition with no visible chips, cracks, or repairs to the ceramic structure. The hand-painted details are well-preserved. The electric lighting mechanism is functional and provides illumination through the building's windows. The original box is present and shows minor shelf wear to the corners and edges.
