1995 Department 56 hand-painted porcelain lighted village building from the Dickens' Village Series, which is part of The Heritage Village Collection. The item includes its original branded cardboard sleeve, which bears the model number 5833-5 and identifies the piece as part of The Heritage Village Collection.Height: 9.5 inches.The Maltings is in good vintage condition. The exterior painted surfaces are clean with no visible chips, cracks, or significant paint loss detected. The original outer sleeve shows minor shelf wear and light scuffing at the corners. The interior lighting mechanism, including the electrical cord and rotary switch, is in functional condition.
