A 1962 Post Cereal baseball card featuring Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher and Hall of Fame member Sandy Koufax, designated as card No. 109. This card was originally part of a cereal box panel intended to be hand-cut by the consumer. The front displays a color portrait of Koufax alongside a biographical summary and a detailed major league pitching record table containing statistics for the 1961 season and his career totals. The name Sandy Koufax appears in a blue script font at the top of the yellow text block. A red oval logo containing the word Post is printed in the center. The reverse of the card consists of plain, unprinted brown chipboard.Width: 3.125 inchesHeight: 2.25 inchesThe card is in fair overall vintage condition, characterized by typical wear for a hand-cut food issue. The edges are unevenly trimmed, with the bottom margin cut into the red border of the statistics table. All four corners exhibit significant rounding and softening from handling. A small nick or tear is present on the right-hand edge, and the reverse displays minor age-related spotting and typical shelf wear.
