An authentic 1981 Topps football trading card featuring San Francisco 49ers quarterback Joe Montana, identified as card number 216 and his primary rookie issue. The card front displays a color photograph of Montana in his white home jersey, number 16, in a passing pose. The Topps logo is printed in the upper right, while the lower section features a yellow 49ers box and a red Joe Montana banner. The reverse side is printed on tan cardstock with a brown and orange graphic layout.
