Framed Civil War Union Army Quartermaster's Requisition Form For the 1st Brigade, 3rd Division, of the 5th Army Corps. Signed and dated October 26, 1863 in Jamesville, Virginia. Requisitioned supplies include forage caps, wool blankets, uniforms, haversacks, stockings, and more. Frame includes art print of General Lyons charge at the Battle of Wilson Creek. Size: 17" x 24" Condition: Very good. Light wear on form with clipped corners and fading to handwriting. Light wear to frame.
