oil on canvas. Monumental horizontal abstraction composed of densely repeated black and brown marks arranged in rhythmic linear bands across a cream ground. Reverse bears the artist’s name and Roswell, Georgia address, an Art Planning Consultants label identifying the title, date, medium, dimensions of 39½ x 72 inches, and inventory no. 8567, and an exhibition label from the 20th Southeastern Annual Exhibition at the High Museum of Art, Atlanta. Presented in a narrow wood-and-metal frame.
