This Silver Drachm from the reign of Azes I/II (from the Indo-Scythian Kingdom) dates from 57 BC to 5 AD. It is graded VF-XF (Very Fine to Extra Fine), featuring both Greek letters and Kharosthi script. The obverse depicts Azes on horsebackfacing right and holding a whip, while the reverse shows Pallas standing right with a shield, sceptre, and torque. This coin reflects the Greek cultural influence brought to the East following the conquests of Alexander the Great.
