It also provides enhanced corrosion resistance, protecting from rust and corrosion. The electroplated layer increases the surface hardness and wear resistance, reducing surface damage and maintenance costs. Up to 485lb Heavy Load Capacity --- #D76 series is 3" in width and made of top quality steel with 2.0mm thickness, thus it has good performance in load capacity. The longer slide, the less load capacity. A less than 5% deviation of listed load capacity data is considered accepted in different application. Lock-in & Lock-out Design --- The slides are 3-fold full extension. They can be locked both when they are closed and fully opened, preventing from sliding optionally. Press the blue handle to lock and unlock. Side Mount Installation --- These slides can be side mounted only and not detachable. M6 screws are applicable but not included.
