Adjustable Cutting Functions Slicing: Select a listed thickness from 0.1-8 mm. Julienne: Create matchstick-style vegetable strips using the integrated controls. Dicing: Use the intended control sequence for suitably firm produce. Results depend on ingredient firmness, size and consistent movement through the chute. Do not use the slicer for frozen foods, meat or other materials unless the supplied instructions explicitly allow them. Food Chute, Pusher and Catch Container The food chute is approximately 12 x 15 cm (4.7 x 5.9 inches). Size ingredients to fit without forcing them, then use the pusher for every stroke. Prepared food drops into the included container to help keep the counter organized. Folding Storage Open and secure the support legs on a flat, dry surface before use. After cleaning and drying, fold the frame into a slimmer profile for cabinet storage. Keep the pusher and cleaning brush with the slicer.
