-Welcome to K & K Auctions where we provide everything from furniture to housewares and much much more. Items consist of Brand new, open box brand new, and occasional returns -All items are inspected by our team and described to the best of our ability. If an items description does not match. We will allow return of the item when reported within 72 HOURS. Items sold AS-IS will not be elgible for returns. NO EXCEPTIONS -We DO NOT offer shipping for our items -Customers who do not pick up during the allotted times will be billed a 25% restocking fee on the full invoice price (or $20, whichever is greater), items will NOT be held, and their account will be suspended. There will be a $25 admin fee to reinstate the account . Items WILL NOT be available for pick up outside of the posted times. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Please DO NOT bid if you cannot pickup your items duriing our specified pickup schedule. -Please bring the help you may need to load your items into your vehicle - We send out email notifications and invoices shortly after the auction ending. Emails with attachments sometimes get blocked, flagged, directed to junk folders and many other things all the time. It is your responsibility to check your account to see if you won and attend during the pick up times as posted in the auction details .
