A two-piece pressed slag glass lidded dish featuring a reclining lion figure atop an oval base with vertical fluting and a scalloped rim. The translucent sky-blue glass is marbled with opaque white milk glass throughout the lion and base, featuring a molded radial rib pattern on the underside. No maker marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the interior or the underside of the base.
