Antwerp: Hieronymus Verdussen, 1647, a thick post-incunabula era Dutch edition of Johannes Tauler's spiritual sermons featuring a red and black title page with an engraved lion printer's vignette, 12 3/4 x 8 1/4 inches. Condition noted: overall in stable, handled condition, the text block is structurally sound, showing expected toning, scattered minor foxing, and clean margins. The 17th-century blind-tooled calf covers exhibit typical edge wear, surface scuffing, and corners with cracked losses, alongside remnants of the original brass clasps.
