A fine six-piece collection (3 matching pairs of graduated heights) of Neoclassical Corinthian column candlesticks by James Pinder & Co., each candlestick features a fluted column shaft surmounted by a detailed acanthus leaf capital, resting on a stepped square pedestal base. Stamped along the lower rim with British pseudo-hallmarks (JP&Co in a shield) attributed to James Pinder & Co. of the Colonial Plate Works, Carver Street, Sheffield (active 1877-1894). The largest measuring 12 1/2 inches high.
