A 19th century Italian oak armchair featuring a high backrest topped with carved heads and intricate lion-mask terminals on the armrests, the seat and back inset with embossed leather panels depicting a central heraldic motif, masks, and scrolls, with some coloured details, measuring 46 1/2 x 27 3/4 x 22 inches. Condition noted: there is wear, cracking, loss to the leather surface of the seat panel and armrests but remains intact, with scattered scuffs and marks to the wooden frame.
