Vintage cast iron hand-cranked dispensing/metering device marked "MODEL B" in embossed gold lettering. Features a red-painted cast iron body with an integrated bench/table clamp, a wooden handle on the crank arm, and four rotating brass tube spouts. Appears to be an industrial or agricultural metering tool (for seeds, liquids, or small hardware). Shows heavy surface patina, paint wear, tarnish, and oxidation throughout.
