This is a vintage Hollywood Regency sofa that measures about 98" in length. It's in overall excellent condition with some signs of wear (and a stain on the inside of one arm...see photos) but no real damage. No shredding, holes or damage to the fabric. I believe a quick cleaning would bring out the best in this piece! There is a board underneath the cushions but the base is springs. It's comfortable! It measures 90" long. Please bring help to load. Located on the first floor.
