IMPORTANT SHIPPING UPDATE FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS

Due to recent changes in U.S. customs duties on shipments originating from Canada, the costs of cross-border delivery have increased significantly. Unfortunately, this has made it unrealistic for us to continue offering shipping to the United States at this time. As a result, we are suspending all shipments to the U.S. effective immediately. Our website will be updated shortly to reflect this change. • U.S. customers are still welcome to shop with us, but orders must be shipped to a Canadian address. This must be done in advance by emailing the auction location where you intend to bid and providing the alternate Canadian-based address and/or by providing the Canadian address in the ‘Auctioneers Notes’ upon registration. • Please note: U.S. customers may continue receiving automated emails in the interim—these can be disregarded. • In some cases, accounts with U.S. shipping addresses may have bids blocked to prevent fulfillment issues. We will continue to closely monitor the situation. If customs duties or shipping costs change in a way that allows us to provide a cost-effective solution for our U.S. customers, we will seek to reintroduce U.S. shipping in the future. This was a very difficult decision to make. We deeply value all of our customers and have chosen this path in order to prioritize your best interests.
