An uncommon ceramic decanter cast in the form of an easel-framed picture, the front bearing Norman Rockwell's The Tattooist as it appeared on The Saturday Evening Post cover of March 1944. The 23K gold frame, plinth and stopper set off the printed scene admirably. Paper tax strip crosses the closure unbroken; gilt rubbed on the plinth. See photos for exact size and condition. Condition: SEAL INTACT - PICK UP ONLY BY APPOINTMENT.
