VALVOLINE - LUBRICATION RECOMMENDATIONS SINCE 1866 Valvoline is one of the oldest names in motor oil, dating to 1866, and its mid-century service signs promised guaranteed wear insurance to a generation of drivers. This design shows a brass-era touring car alongside a 1950s sedan under the bold VALVOLINE name, in rich brown, black, and gold. Collector's note: the top line on this sign reads LUBRICSTION rather than LUBRICATION, a misprint in the artwork. We point it out so you know exactly what you are bidding on, and some collectors love these oddities.
