This is a $1 casino gaming token (slot token) from the Nevada Club in Laughlin, Nevada, dated 1990. The Nevada Club was an early casino in Laughlin (one of the first after the Riverside Resort). Del Webb Corporation owned it in the 1980s, renovated it in 1986, and sold it in 1988 — it became the Golden Nugget Laughlin. 1980s Del Webb Nevada Club tokens are listed around $4–$10. Yours appears circulated but decent — likely in the $4–$8 range today.
