Scott #632, 1927 1¢ Benjamin Franklin (rotary press, perf 11 × 10½, green). These are Bureau-precanceled copies: two CHICAGO ILL. and one OSHKOSH WIS. The two black bars are the standard Bureau precancel style used on this issue.This is the common 1926–28 compound-perforation rotary stamp (issued 10 June 1927). Used/precanceled with average to slightly better centering.Perfs look intact.The middle Chicago stamp has a small nick or irregularity at the top edge; otherwise no major faults are obvious.
