In 15 to 20 seconds, properly scalded birds are feather-free and ready for the next step in processing. The drum holds 1-2 chickens and detaches for fast cleanup. The angled chute discharges feathers away from the motor to prolong its life, and the integrated water system with on/off valve frees up hands and conserves water. Water hose not included. Large wheels roll easily over grass and gravel, with a sturdy handle for easier transport. The power switch is conveniently located on the handle with hooks to wrap the cord during storage.
