If this is your first time bidding in our auction, or you're bidding every week, here is some important information every auction participate should know when bidding in our auction. By registering for this auction, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions: Payments: Automatic Charges: For any lots you win, we will automatically charge the card on file immediately after each auction ends. This includes a 17% Buyer's Premium, 8.25% State Sales Tax, 3% Surcharge Fee. You'll receive a confirmation email with your paid invoice from [email protected]. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive it with Header AUCTION NOTICE. Cash Payments: If you prefer to pay in cash, please inform us before the auction closes to avoid charges to your card. You can notify us by emailing [email protected] or using the "contact auctioneer" option on any lot page, or in the auctioneer notes are registration. Cash payments must be completed during the designated pick-up times, or your card on file will be charged on the final day of pick-up. Item Conditions: Our team inspects each item and tests functionality when possible. Please read all descriptions and photos provided for each lot. Communications Promises: We avoid sending unnecessary communications. You'll only receive texts to remind you of auction closing times and if you're a winning bidder. Opting Out: You can reply STOP to cease receiving messages from us or unsubscribe from individual SATX RETAIL GROUP locations as needed. Note: This auction is only for SAN ANTONIO, TX, and surrounding cities for bidders who can pick up their items in person. NO SHIPPING is available. All merchandise is sold As-Is and Where Is without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information. Winning bidders are solely responsible for their removal. SATX RETAIL GROUP is not responsible for damages caused by employee assistance during removal. Bidders must unload and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap and other equipment as needed.
