IMPORTANT AUCTION INFORMATION — READ BEFORE BIDDING HOLIDAY ISLAND MULTI-PROPERTY REAL ESTATE AUCTION This is an informational lot only. No real estate is offered under this lot number. Do not place a bid on this lot. Review this notice, the complete Auction Terms and Conditions, and all property-specific information before bidding. AUCTION FORMAT The 66 properties will first be offered individually in geographic order. After the individual lots close, Lot 67 will offer all 66 properties together for one total bid price. The package bid will be compared with the combined results of the individual lots. Being the high bidder on an individual property does not guarantee that the property will be sold individually until the package comparison is completed and the seller confirms the final results. Lot 67 will be sold “one money.” The package bid will not be multiplied by the number of properties, parcels or acres. All sales are subject to seller confirmation and the complete Auction Terms and Conditions. FIVE-MINUTE SOFT CLOSE Each property lot has a five-minute soft close. A bid placed during the final five minutes will extend that lot for another five minutes. Extensions will continue until no additional bids are received during the final five-minute period. LINKED CLOSING GROUPS Truly adjoining properties have been placed in linked soft-close groups. Each property remains a separate lot and requires a separate bid. A bid placed on any property within a linked group during the final five minutes will extend every lot in that group for five additional minutes. GEOGRAPHIC SALE ORDER The catalog is arranged geographically to keep properties within the same general area together. The auction will proceed through Cypress Point, Serenity, Rancho Vista, El Dorado, South Hills, Thunderbird, Country Club, Haddock, Wildcat, Wild Turkey, Hawk, Appaloosa, Quail Run, Horseshoe, White River, Deer Run, Beaver, Stateline, Oak, Table Rock, Sycamore, Cottonwood, Skyview, Starlite and Cove before concluding with the complete package offering. AREA INFORMATION Holiday Island is an established Ozark community along Table Rock Lake, approximately five miles north of Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Community amenities may include an 18-hole golf course, 9-hole executive course, marina, recreation center, swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, miniature golf, playgrounds and other recreational facilities. The surrounding region also provides access to Beaver Lake, the White River and numerous outdoor attractions.
