1999 Pokemon Game #8 Machamp - Holo 1st Edition - Shadowless Pokemon Trading Cards (2 Cards Total). Featuring one of the most recognizable holographic cards from the earliest days of the Pokemon Trading Card Game. These examples come from the coveted Shadowless printing of the original Base Set, easily distinguished by the absence of the dark drop shadow surrounding the artwork frame and representing one of the earliest English Pokemon card designs produced by Wizards of the Coast. Each card also bears the iconic 1st Edition stamp and features Machamp in classic artwork by Ken Sugimori, surrounded by the brilliant holographic background that defined the earliest era of Pokemon collecting. As one of the original 151 Pokemon and the powerful final evolution of Machop and Machoke, Machamp became an instantly recognizable character to the generation that experienced the explosive debut of Pokemon in North America.
