Barrel Length: 22" Low Estimate: 400.00 High Estimate: 600.00 Custom Winchester Model 70 bolt action rifle, 6 x 250 Sinclair cal., 22" barrel, blue finish, checkered walnut one-piece pistol grip stock with an ebony fore end tip and grip cap, no sights, jeweled bolt, receiver drilled and tapped with two-piece Weaver bases, clear factory markings. Mfg. in 1976, the rifle is in fine overall condition retaining 85-90% thinning finish with wear and corrosion at the muzzle, rubs along the barrel and handling marks. The receiver shows light edge wear. The left side of the barrel is marked, "SINCLAIR / 6 X 250 /.265 NK." The stock is in fine condition with indentations and scuffs on the fore end. The bore is fine with well-defined rifling. The action function smoothly with a crisp trigger. The 6 x 250 wildcat is based on 1 .250/3000 case necked down to 6mm. (Modern).
