Two hand saws produced by Henry Disston & Sons of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Both saws feature distinctive steel blades, each with an etched maker's mark indicating their Disston origin. One saw has a deeply aged and worn wooden handle with carved detailing and areas of paint residue, showing significant use and some metal corrosion on the blade. It measures 23" long. The second saw has a lighter, smoothly finished beech or similar hardwood handle with clear Disston medallion hardware, and its blade is inscribed with the Keystone Saw Works mark. This saw measures 28" long. These saws are representative of mid-20th century American woodworking tools, widely used by carpenters and craftsmen. Both pieces display visible wear consistent with age and active service.
