Classic vintage two-tone stoneware jug, measuring 9.5 inches tall and 7 inches in diameter. The jug showcases a dark brown Albany-slip glazed top with a poured spout and an integrated loop handle, set above a natural grey salt-glazed body. Itrepresents a quintessential example of early Americana stoneware, often associated with rustic farmhouse and primitive kitchen settings. The jug is in pre-owned antique condition, displaying a notable chip along the bottom edge rim (>than 1") and minor chips along the inner shoulder rim and one on the spout, which are consistent with age and utilitarian use. The handle and spout are fully intact, and the body remains structurally sound.
